With many years of experience in IT Training and Development, New Horizons Ireland understands that the IT Department skills do not readily fit in well with the normal HR training needs analysis or professional development plans for a lot of companies.
In order to help rectify this, New Horizons Ireland is offering Irish IT Teams. an individual skills audit that includes a Technical Assessment at no cost. This includes Interview and sample training session to help identify the best training and certification path for your staff's requirements.
How it works
The process starts with one of you providing us their ideal skill sets or certification for your individual staff members and, if relevant, an ideal time frame to achieve this.
We can then schedule a suitable time and date for your staff member to come in and sit through the process.
The session is conducted by one of our Microsoft Certified Trainers and Learning Advisors.
During the initial assessment the instructor will talk through their background, skills and goals to help identify the right training or certification path for them.
We will then bring them in to potentially do some lab run throughs to identify potential skill gaps or issues and optionally to try a relevant course in the mentored learning classroom for themselves.
Once complete we can send you through a suggested plan or track.
The sessions are obligation free but if you do decide to go ahead with some of our training we will offer you a minimum of 10% off the RRP for training events.
