If you need to communicate your number visually, graphs are always helpful. But why not try Data Bars which allow you display the numbers over visual representations of them.
To use Data Bars, select your data range, go to Home > Conditional Formatting > Data Bars, then select a colour scheme as per below.
Slicers are buttons that let you filter data easily. To use it you need to select any range in a table or PivotTable, and go to Insert > Slicer. Select the column you want to filter by. When you're done, you've got handy buttons that let you filter.
Easy way to create a chart
Just select any cell in your data range and press Alt+F1. The magic will happen, and you will have a graph to show your data.
If design isn’t your strong point or you think it will just take too long to make your spreadsheet more presentable, you can always use the ready made templates.
In the excel Click File > New, and search for "accessible." Choose Accessible Template Sampler to see all the templates available for the Excel.
Once you have downloaded the spreadsheet you will see all the templates available and can choose one that suits your work. As you can see in the example below.

Go to Insert > Recommended PivotTables, select your data range, and choose the one that looks best.
